Best Western Paradise Inn of Nephi

Person at the front desk was very helpful when we rolled in at 9pm looking for a room. Ended up taking the last one available. Room was clean and comfortable. I wish the bathroom had a fan though. Breakfast was decent, much better than other places.

Best Western may be my new preferred hotel chain! The person at the front desk was so gracious and accomodating when I rolled in late and exhausted, seeking a room without a reservation. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hot and cold breakfast options were incredible - there was something for absolutely everyone. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future adventures!

What was meant to be a Fun Birthday Weekend get away with a "Blind Date" for me turned into one of the most Intense weekends of my life!! So the GM, Loretta and her entire staff did everything possible, above and beyond what I could've ever asked from any Motel I've ever stayed at before!! Without going into details, let's just say that my Blind Date didn't go the way I thought it would. And with such a great staff there, they treated me almost like we were all family!! There isn't enough words in the English Language for me to show how Grateful I am for everything they did to help me while I was in a bad situation!! I didn't have to ask for treatment like that, either. They took the initiative to make sure I was OKAY & SAFE!! They're GOOD PEOPLE, who care for others... I plan on staying in touch with them and staying there again. Hopefully when I'm there with somebody I trust, and not just someone I met in a Dating Website!! LOL That's the Silver Lining in my experience. My heart was broken by a manipulating woman, but without the help from the Entire Staff there, I would've fallen for her tricks!! They made me feel like family. I would recommend this place to anybody & everybody who is trying to find a Clean, Quiet, Well Kept, & a Trusted place to stay. If they were to ask me "Where to stay in Nephi?" It would be here!! I was honestly surprised with the Hospitality on display there from beginning to end!!

It was a second choice as the holiday inn did not have vacancy. The place is a motel, no lobby. The rooms are clean but as mentioned feel outdated. The AC unit is loud, it helped mitigate my coworkers snoring. Bathroom water was a bit light in the pressure but not a deal breaker. The breakfast is not the best, but it will get you going in the morning.

The rooms are a little dated but clean and nicely put together. The staff are very kind and helpful. They have been very accommodating in arranging stays for a large family group. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Also, the breakfast is pretty good. We've stayed here several times and will continue to come back.

Pros: friendly night and day shift service folks, easy freeway access, easy booking and check out, solid continental breakfast, willingness to help us move rooms when one had a weird noise (pipes? Dunno), spacious, clean rooms Cons: the weird high pitched noise that was in our first room (we were able to easily change rooms), a bit outdated Overall, a solid clean place to sleep at an affordable price

It wasn't our first choice coming off I-15 but it will be moving forward anytime we need to break up a trip. The room was clean. Beds were comfy and pillows just right. Which, after traveling with kids, that's all that matters, right? The breakfast was next level. We've stayed at many hotels and I have too for work. Even stayed at some swanky hotel in San Diego for a conference. The breakfast here at this Best Western beat that. Even better? They had legit options for kids! Speaking of kids...sorry that our kids wiped out the coffee cakes. But ummm, thanks having them.

The room was in a great location and provided exactly what we needed. The breakfast was well rounded, the beds were comfortable.
